Monster Jam

Yes!
They really did attend this time!
And they were in truck hog heaven!

For added "Groundhog Day" effect,
I had them wear the SAME outfits!

First Up: The Pit Party

Now getting seated for the Main Event!

Conned Daddy into buying him all the accessories!

The Opening Act!

Car Crushing Time!

And finally, this one scared me a bit...

Anden's Future Mug Shot!

And while they were living the male dream,
we were off to another girls night!
This time with Mommy's friends too!

I guess sometimes the second attempt is the best after all!

Potato Gun Update

Thanks for sending me the update Dad.

I'm thrilled to see that they
"were able to save the middle finger which is an enormous asset"

I can now live a guilt free life for laughing at this poor man's plight.

Girls Night

Saturday Night was our 1st Girls Night
Just me and Taylee.
We had so much fun!

We went and painted at Plaster World
I painted a butterfly.
Taylee painted a butterfly, the table, the chair, her arms and her face.
Oh and not to forget her teeth and lips.

The owner kept reassuring me "Oh it's non-toxic!"
And I reassured her "Oh this is nothing compared to what else she's eaten!"

She's such a bundle of energy and excitement!
I love it!

Then she picked Red Robin for dinner.
So off we went to see the scary bird in yellow tights.

During this time,
Anden and Jeremy were having a boys night.
They were headed to the Monster Truck Jam.
I'm not sure which boy was more excited!

In all the excitement,
the older boy must have overlooked reading the tickets.
Monster Jam is next Saturday
not today.

Somehow this happens on a regular basis.

So they left the empty arena
and headed to Castles & Coasters instead.
Anden was thrilled to play video games, mini golf, and go on the rides!
Which eased Jer's guilt of teasing his son with invisible Monster Trucks.

Rest assured though,
they'll be back in full force this Saturday
to FINALLY see the Monster Jam.

So don't be shocked when I re-post these same pictures next week!

Pro Biker

Saturday morning we headed over to the neighborhood hockey rink.
Anden "needed" more room to ride his bike.
This was the perfect place just for that!

This was only the 3rd time he had ridden without training wheels.
I was shocked how awesome he was doing!

Taylee is quite the pro on her scooter already too!

And of course after 10 minutes,
he was performing tricks!
Such a daredevil!

Then Taylee got 2 minutes in the penalty box.
Intentional Interference
