Eastlie - 8 days old

Date: Oct 29th

I'm quickly learning that this maternity leave is NO vacation at all.
With a crazy nonstop moving time consuming Toddler in the house,
there's not much time for anything else!!

I did manage to sneak in a few pictures of Eastlie back on 10/29.
But it's taken me a week to get them edited and posted!!
Like I said....
I'm happy I even have time to pee during the day,
although that's not even alone time! ugh lol

So here's Eastlie at 8 days old and 6 lbs 8 oz!
She's such a little angel baby!

34 Weeks Pregnancy Update

Date: Sept 22nd

And just like that another month flew by!
Here's the 34 week update...

I'm at the super uncomfortable I'm too large to do anything stage.
Which means I'm counting down til this wee one is out of me!
(then again the thought of  juggling a newborn with everything else gives me nightmares!! lol)

My ultrasound this week went great.
Little baby girl is doing great and nonstop wiggly as usual.
Again we tried to get a 3D pic of her face
but she's squished in there and had both of her hands covering her face.
Oh well I guess we'll see her in person soon enough!

And they tested my blood to check my iron levels again
and woohoo I'm finally on the charts!
I'm still extremely low but hey at least I'm on the charts this time!
I guess pumping fake iron into me really does work! ;)

30 Weeks Pregnancy Update

Date: Aug 25th

Well I've hit the big 30 week mark!
That means the end is actually in sight now!

I'm getting so big and uncomfortable.
If it would EVER cool down here life would be a lot easier.
But until then I'm a sweaty hog still dealing with 105+ temps.

The family is now well aware that I can no longer bend down
or fit between the car/cabinet in the garage
or jump on the trampoline
or climb the stairs 14 times with all the things they "forgot" at bedtime
or
or
or
or
the list goes on!! lol

Oh and the timer officially popped out this week.
Yep I now have an outie belly button.
Doesn't that mean the bun in the oven should be done?!!

At my doctor appointment this week I got my first 3D headshot of the baby.
Wow, I guess this is real.
I can't believe I'm going to have FOUR kids!!!!

Ryan was in Texas and was bummed he missed the ultrasound.
So he got this little text picture of his new baby girl hiding behind her hand.

27 Weeks Pregnancy Update

Date: Aug 2nd

I'm 27 weeks pregnant now.
Today wasn't one of my finer days.

Yep spent the afternoon at the hospital getting an emergency Iron Infusion.
But hopefully I'll feel better soon!!
And at least I had a cute pedicure to stare at! ha

The next day I took pics before I left for work.
The baby is growing and growing and so is my belly!

24 weeks Pregnancy Update

Date: July 13th

And another month has flown by!
This summer is just zipping past too fast!

Here's the 24 week belly

I think this looks deceiving as I feel massive!
This is the point where my belly just grows each day
and catches up for it's late arrival!

The Pros
I'm now in my 3rd trimester!
3 more months to go
Baby is healthy
Baby is super active - aka nonstop kicking me (which is prob in the con column lol)
I now have a maternity parking pass at work for reserved close parking
I no longer just look "fat" but rather prego
My acid reflux has toned down a bit

The Cons
It's the hottest/worst time of year to be prego!
(please please tell me why I didn't learn the previous 3 times?!)
I have constant contractions and cramps
I already have symptoms I usually don't have til 9th month
My back and legs ache nonstop
I'm still anemic
and light headed
and dizzy
You can usually find me (insert any location here) in this position trying to prevent passing out.

I just LOVE being pregnant! (dripping with sarcasm!) :)
Good thing it's worth it in the end!

20 Weeks Pregnancy Update

Date: June 17th

At just like that another month flew by.
I'm now 20 weeks!

This little girl is a wiggly one just like her siblings all were.
I guess I should haven't expect anything different.
So although she's the size of a banana,
she wiggles and kicks me all day long already.
She's a fruit ninja! lol

Here's some recent ultrasound pics.
At the 18 week ultrasound everything measured perfect.
She's growing and developing right on target.

16 Weeks - Pregnancy Update

Date: May 21st

Well since this is the final baby tour
I guess I need to start taking pics and documenting it.

Usually I can get away until about 20-24 weeks before I start getting a baby bump.
But this time around my body is like
"Oh hey it's baby time again!  I know exactly what to do!
Let me just pop out early and make you some extra comfy room to wiggle and play!"
(or let's be real maybe it's just the extra 7 lbs I never lost from having Laiklyn! sigh)

Maybe that's good for the baby.
But ugh long pregnancy for me to already be feeling and looking
like I'm 6 mos prego when I'm only 4 mos!!

So here I am at 16 weeks.

As for everything else,
I'm still uncomfortably shoving myself into my normal clothes
and in denial I need to buy a bigger size of britches.
I still have acid reflux
EVERY.SINGLE.MOMENT.OF.EVERY.DAY.
It's beyond yucky.
But my Doctor has me on 2 prescriptions.
It's help tame the beast a bit.
Some days are better than others.

If you remember with Laiklyn I had these same symptoms.
I told Ryan back then that it was a 50/50 chance
whether this was his genetics causing this
or maybe that I was just older and had taken a long baby break.
Well it's confirmed now
that this is definitely HIS fault!
I let him know routinely! ;)
2 for 2 on sickly pregnancies

Other than that I'm severely anemic.
Big surprise.
It's my nemesis in life.
And it has way too many side effects to even list.
So we're trying to get my iron levels under control
or it's back to an iron transfusion.

Now the positives,
I finally have some energy back now that I'm in my 2nd trimester!
I'm definitely feeling more human again!
No more walking zombie!

And I even wakeboarded the other day!

Um and maybe wrecked twice.
This boat has a way bigger wake!
So not only did I get my hair and make up wet (lol) when I usually don't,
I also used muscles I haven't used in a LONG time.
So yes I'm hobbling around completely sore! ha
(and yes my family quickly reminded me I'm prego and prob shouldn't be jumping the wake! oops lol)

On that note,
there's your 16 week wrap up!
