Taylee Violin Concert

Date: April 25th

The 3rd Graders had their choir and violin concert tonight.
Taylee was so excited to show us what she had learned this year!
And wow she wasn't kidding,
she really does play the violin!!

Happy Easter!

Date: Apr 15th

We woke up to a beautiful sunny spring day!
Laiklyn was rusty on this whole Easter Bunny thing.
So we had to remind her that her to go look and see if her Easter bucket was full.
She was delighted to find that it was!!

She squealed "L for Laikyn!  See it's mine!"

She carried it over to the couch by Eastlie's stash
and ripped into her goods!

Mommy I got Bunny Ears!
Meow Meow Meow
(um ya looks like she needs a animal refresherr lol)

Eastlie had no idea what was going on but was excited nonetheless!

In Laiklyn style she couldn't move from one thing to the next without
completely eating the entire thing! lol

Such a cute little happy bunny!

Yeah a new teething toy!
(no her first tooth still hasn't come through!!)

The Easter Bunny was so practical with Eastlie's gifts! :)

Laiklyn still scarfing down candy

Daddy even got an Easter bucket with his favorite coconut chocolates!

Crazy Sugar Kid!

Then we chilled at home the rest of the morning.
Oddly we didn't have church that day since it was our Stake Conference.
I always love Easter Sunday church.
So that was kind of weird not to go.
But our church had planned to have their "Easter Sunday" the next week instead.
So we had a relaxing day at home and prepped for our family party
.
That afternoon the big kids came home from their Dad's house.
Of course they had to tear into their Easter Buckets too!

Then the Taylor relatives arrived for a yummy Easter dinner!

The main course...Eastlie Bunny! :)

After dinner we hid all the eggs the Easter Bunny had left us!
Then let the kids loose to find them all!!
They had a blast...especially finding out some were full of money!

Laiklyn of course had to open every one she found and eat the contents before moving on!

Grammie and Auntie loving on Eastlie!

I just love this happy little baby!!

She really capitalized on being the only non moving kid and got all the adults' attention!

Then a week later we were able to take our traditional
Easter Sunday family pic before church!

Happy Easter!
I'm so thankful for Jesus Christ's sacrifice for me
so that I can live with Him again and also be forever with this cute family of mine!
