Anden is still on the skateboarding kick.
I thought it might be short lived.
I was wrong.
He carries the board around everywhere
and BEGS to go to the Skate Park every day.
So here was his 3rd attempt at the Skate Park.
Seriously. Impressive.
He's such a little stud!
I guess daredevil fearlessness
and extreme coordination
are a good combo for him after all!
However I still have my Insurance Card
ready at all times for the
inevitable ER visit.
And of course you know there had to be live footage...

And on a serious note,
(yes I know shocker, it does occasionally happen)
there's those times in life that as a parent
you are brought to tears by your children.
And not because they hurt you.
It's because they inspired you.
After each of those blooper wrecks,
Anden jumped right back up and back on the board.
Never a moment of hesitation.
Never a thought of quitting.
He turned to me and confidently stated with sheer determination
"Mommy, I'm just gonna keep practicing until I learn this!"
My heart swelled.
I love you buddy!
