Saturday late afternoon we decided to jump in the car
and head downtown to Super Bowl Central with the Mortensens.
We thought we knew the ropes of riding the Light Rail,
maneuvering around the city blocks,
and avoiding crowds
since we were just down there Monday.
Boy were we completely wrong on all accounts!
I firmly believe there has NEVER been so many people
in downtown Phoenix in it's entire existence!!!
Crazy crazy packed with...well crazies!
It was exciting and exhausting with a dose of delicious pizza and free nachos!
We had a crazy fun time.
Even despite the 2 near fights that broke out on the light rail on the ride home!!
Gotta love cramped quarters with alcohol infused personalities.
That was fun explaining to the kids why other adults were acting like that!
But we lived to tell about it! :)
