A Day at the Park

Since it was a bit cooler (99 instead of 110), we decided to ride bikes/strollers to the park. Anden LOVES his new bike and is a pro already. So he rides and Taylee/I sprint behind with the stroller. I think I got the short end of this stick!

I thought this moment was absolutely precious! Seeing him being tender, gentle and helpful with his little sister melted my heart. Usually he's using her as tackle practice.

Then I quickly realized he was only teaching her to use her sticky feet to walk up the slide. Thus explains the black and blue bruise scrape on her forehead when she toppled over the edge.

Other than the head dive, the kids had a blast!

Anden's an aspiring photographer. He snags the camera every chance he can get. Here's his portfolio for the day!

  1. Why do Anden's photos look familiar. Oh, yeh, I taught him the finer techniques!
So, do kids learn more from each other than they do from parents?
