Tree Mansion

Last weekend Jer & the kids escaped up north again

to finish rebuilding the tree house.

And even drug this beast up there to add to it.

I didn't have the heart to remind him that we are NOT Swiss Family Robinson.

Even though that's what he's building!

Here's what it looked like 2 wks ago

Um...wow?

I hate to always point out the obvious.
But I asked if Jer thought railing might be a good option,
since it  is for pint size humans.
Right then Anden piped up to proclaim that Taylee
pushed him off the top level and he
landed right on his belly.

I'll safely assume railing will now be added next trip.

Needles to say I'm always a tad leery to see the pictures

and hear the stories
from a "momless" weekend.

But they have a fabulous time EVERY time!

Apparently Taylee was so beat that she took a FOUR hour nap.

Right here!

Poor kid! lol

Sunday they went and met Grandma Kathy & Papa Larry at Kohl's Ranch!

Even Maxx the Wondermutt went along!

It's always a good time up north!

And for the record,

I joked about Swiss Family Robinson

Wow I think they reall did use this as a blueprint!!

If Taylee goes riding by on an ostrich,

I'll really know we've hit a new low.
