Day of Valentines!

Tuesday was quite the eventful day for the kiddos!

First the Cupid made his final visit.

(he delivers something in their special mailboxes for 14 days!)

Then they headed off to school for another party.

When I arrived to pick them up from school,

I walked in to find Taylee's

tutu shoved in her cubby,

headband laying on floor by cubby,

one boot hanging out of her backpack,

another boot 10 ft away on floor,

and 2 sweaty socks crumpled into that boot.

I desperately glanced up at her teacher and begged aloud,

"PLEASE tell me she still at least has a shirt on?!"

Mrs. Dyer just laughed.

Which I didn't know if that was to reassure me or mock me.

So we gathered up the yard sale of clothing articles

and bags of valentine treats

and headed over to Miss Holly's house

for the next party!

They ate yummy treats,

They decorated treat bags,

They decorated frames,

They traded Valentines,

They wrestled and played,

They ate more treats!

When I further inspected their adorable frames,

I just had to laugh.

Taylee's accurately reflected her personality.

It was the only hand print smudged.

Of course she can't stay still for more than 1 second.

Holly apologized.

I told her instead I loved it!

It was perfectly Taylee.

What a fun little party!
