On New Year's Day, we chilled and relaxed. Then Dad showed up to spend the day with us!! He also delivered the rest of our Christmas gifts that wouldn't fit in our bags on the plane. This year, it's the holiday that just keeps giving...or just won't go away! :-)
Later we all went bowling at Red Rock Lanes. (a locals casino in Summerlin) That's when I truly realized how outdated the Blackfoot bowling alley was. We go bowling about once every 5 years. So twice in a week was a big deal! Anden was so excited that he bowled 2 frames and then fought with us about staying in the arcade the rest of the time. After bowling, we ate a yummy dinner at BJs. Then we said our goodbyes again and Dad headed back to Idaho.
