Labor Day Weekend

We had a non stop weekend!

In our true fashion, we fit as much as possible into a day!

Ash Pasko and her boys came up to stay with us Saturday & Sunday.

We ate tons of delicious food

(compliments of the best chef Ash!)

and played and played.

We swam

Anden

Crazy Taylee

We hurt ourselves

(oh wait, that one just applies to Taylee!)

We ate
(or really just Brigg did whenever Ash wasn't looking!)

We had a great time at the waterpark!

Since the Pasko boys don't nap.

That meant we weren't either.

So the never ending day continued!

We rode bikes, skateboards, scooters and anything else that had wheels!

(and yes we were the ONLY humans outside braving the heat & humidity!)

The we made dinner and headed back to the Community Center

for some basketball fun.

Once we got home,

we took the kids on a

Glow in the Dark Treasure Hunt!

I saw the idea on Pinterest back at Easter

and quickly bought the supplies.

But life took over and we never got around to doing it.

So this was the perfect time!

The older kids went first!

Racing through the park in pitch dark,

they found the glowing treasures!

Next up:

Brigg & Taylee!

The older boys hid the treasures this time.

Anden felt it was necessary to stick his glowstick in his mouth right when I snapped away!

Finally we had exhausted meltdowns and we crashed out!

Sunday was more low key.

We drug the 4 kids to church.

Taylee snuck some pics on my phone during church!

And all her waterpark injuries.

Tripped walking into beach entry pool: Pinky Toe and Toenail Scalped

Tripped on sidewalk: Scraped knees and Face :(

Then we played and ate and played at home the rest of the day!
