Easter Egg Hunt

I love lounging on Sunday mornings (if possible!).
The kids apparently love it too!

I eventually broke up their vegging mode
to head to the
Anthem Easter Egg Hunt.

It's broken up into age groups.
And it's very serious business.

4-5 year olds were first.
Crew & Taylee took their stance!

Mother Goose and the Easter Bunny yelled the countdown

While Ryan gave last minute tips

3....2...1

The kids stuck to the plan and ran straight to the middle
to gather the most eggs of all!

1st graders were next.
Grace & Anden were more than ready!

The Easter Bunny again helped with the countdown.
After he spent quality time with the boys!

3...2....1

The kids definitely gathered a ton of eggs!
Which means it was a successful hunt! lol

(Ash stayed home with Cash)

Then we walked back to the car as quickly as we came in.
Short and sweet!

Somehow Ryan eventually ended up carrying the buckets
but at least he too got into the swinging spirit of things!

We loaded up and inspected the loot on the drive home.

Then of course came the
sorting, trading, bartering and bribing.

After that we quickly changed and headed to church!
I guess that's the only good thing about 1pm church.
You sure have a lot of time in the morning!
