We rushed home from school to get ready
to go trick or treating!
"Kids go get your costumes on!"
"Well actually Mommy we decided we want different costumes!"
Hhhmm how does this always happen?! lol
Taylee chose to be a Mummy
while Anden wanted to be a Zombie Hunter.
(no we don't let him watch The Walking Dead, although we love that show!)
So the creative side of my brain took over and
we rummaged the house until we found the suitable items.
I let the kids help design their outfits
and they were beyond thrilled with the outcome!
Maybe the last minute costumes are in fact the best!

And don't forget about the cute little
Immobile Butterfly! :)
Then the Mortensens came over for dinner
before our trick or treating adventure.
Finally we loaded up and hit the streets!
After we wiped out the neighborhood of their candy
we came back home for more treats and games!
But who knew that passing out candy to trick or treaters
would be the most coveted event of the night.
It was almost an all out brawl each time the door bell rang!
Needless to say we had to implement turns! lol
