Immediately after Taylee's last soccer game
we raced home and grabbed Anden, Ryan and Laiklyn
then headed up to Flagstaff.
The kids and Ryan had off work/school Monday for MLK day.
So I took the day off too and we headed for the snow.
Grammie, Merit, Heather and their kids were meeting us there also!!
Anden has been asking for 2 years now to go back sledding with the cousins.
So we made it happen!
1.5 hours later we were in the snow checking into the hotel!
We immediately changed and headed out sledding.
We couldn't waste the last couple hours of daylight!
We asked the front desk for a good local hill
instead of going to the big Wing Mountain Park.
She sent us to a perfect spot close by!
Merit brought his propane stove and cooked us up some hot cocoa
The girls were more chill so I could get pics of them
The boys, on the other hand, were literally a blur!!!
We all had so much fun!
We stayed until past sunset then headed out for dinner.
After dinner this crazy crew hung out in the hot tub and stayed up late playing.
Eventually we made an ice cream run
then snuck back into our hotel room to bed...
where Laiklyn was already asleep.
But then she decided to scream most of the night
and kept all of us awake.
The joys of 5 people sharing one room.
UGH!
We just love that little girl but dang she rules this roost
day or night!!
