Birthday Cupcake

Yesterday I asked Anden what kind of cake he wanted for his birthday. Without the slightest hesitation he excitedly replied, "I want a green cupcake with poo poo on top and sprinkles!!" As I gasped and tried to figure out if I heard him correctly, he immediately continued "And Taylee can have a pink cupcake with pee pee on top!" I just stared at him while he grinned from ear to ear.

Boys are so weird!

So later that night I told Jer this story. Without the slightest hesitation he excitedly replied, "Cool! We can totally make that and put tootsie rolls on top for the poo!" I just stared at him also. That was not the response I was expecting.

Late last night I made the cupcakes for him to take to his friends today. I couldn't bring myself to deposit feces and urine on top. So after rummaging around the house, this is as close as he got to his wish. Hey, at least they're green!

*Update* The kids had a great time with their poo-less cupcakes! Tawni (my friend and sitter!) was sweet enough to make me a CD full of pics!

    I know I shouldn't have taken him through the pasture with the cattle and the horses.
    When I told him to watch where he stepped,
    I didn't realize I was giving him ideas for birthday cupcakes!!!
    You should have just taken some "horse cupcakes" home...on the plane. (Homeland Security hasn't banned horse biscuits...yet)
