I went back to work on Thursday
only because I knew I was taking Friday off
to play with my kiddos!
After a quick change of plans from going to the movies,
we headed to Deset Ridge JW Marriott
to play in the pool!
Taylee picked out both of our swimsuits this time.
She wanted us to match!
They had SO much fun!
Between the water slide, lazy river,
(ahem def not "lazy" when you're wrestling 2 daredevil kids to stay afloat)
pools, water basketball hoop and splash pad.
The only time I could snap a pic of them
was when they were "refueling" by shoving
high caloric snacks into their mouths!
You were supposed to be 42 inches to go on the water slide.
I told Taylee to stand on her tippy toes.
Clearly she's not at all scared of this stuff.
So I told her to have at it!
Final snack pit stop
Then we loaded up and cruised home for 3 hr naps!
That tied for the best part of the day! :-)
After we awoke from naps...
at SIX PM,
we had a quick dinner and then got ready to finally light our fireworks.
We saved the biggest one for last.
I'm thinking it might have been a little too loud for them!
