Sunday Fun Day

It was still raining Sunday morning.

The temp was in the 60s.

We were in heaven!

Not to mention we didn't have church today.

They were broadcasting the Gilbert Temple dedication instead.

We rarely have any day with no plans

but a Sunday is basically unheard of!!

It was such a nice long relaxing day all hanging out together.

By mid afternoon I was ready for some fresh air and exercise.

The rain had moved on.

So I talked the troops into going on bike ride.

We geared up and set off.

All 9 of us.

4 kids on bikes

3 adults on bigger bikes

1 adult on a skateboard

1 mini kid and mini dog in a bike carrier.

(fighting with each other the entire time as to who would be shoved out)

And 1 bluetooth speaker blaring tunes in the bike carrier.

Yes we were quite the train cruising down the streets of Anthem!

We stopped at Sonic for our halfway treat.

My legs were BURNING going up that street!

I have no idea how the kids' legs didn't fall off!

Cute kids being cute kids!

Then the clouds rolled back in and it was CHILLY!

Taylee and I shared my jacket!

Don't mind our church right behind us in the background while we're at Sonic

getting slushies on a Sunday! ;-)

Hey we're having quality family time!!

We geared back up and headed back down Anthem way

 and made the loop back around to our house.

We knew that way was downhill! Phew!

Then we went back to watching 39 episodes of Jericho.

Oddly every single person in the house thoroughly enjoys it! lol
