For Anden's homework last week
he had to make a Leprechaun Trap.
We take anything St. Patty's related very serious at our house!
So we scoured ideas online until he decided just what he wanted.
I delegated some of the creative control to him this time.
Taylee and I gathered the supplies
so that it would be ready for him when he got home from school.
He set to work.
With Taylee supervising of course
I'm a craft hoarder and rummaged through my stash to find
all of the perfect accessories.
He designed the rainbow ladders and I glued them together.
He told me exactly where he wanted them attached.
I did just that.
Then last night I finished the rest of the project.
(ok maybe Ryan "happily" helped me as well!)
The next morning I took a few pictures before hauling it to school.
I'll admit I was pretty impressed with this little contraption we whipped up! :)
Anden's Leprechaun Trap...
Complete with 2 stories
2 ladders
FREE GOLD
and a secret trap door on top
falling through to a rainbow jail below!
I hope Anden likes it as much as I do!
But most importantly,
I hope it works!
Because I could really make use of a Leprechaun's pot of gold!!
Oh and the last lucky part...
Papa Nolie even got to help Anden take his Trap into class on Friday!
