The Boosterthon Fun Run finally arrived!
After 2 wks of the kids being hyped up
and begging kindly soliciting asking for donations,
the day was here to show their running skills!
Laiklyn and I were there to cheer them on!!
Anden's class emerged first.

Next came Taylee's class.
I would like to think she was begging to hug me when she found us in the crowd.
But nope she was begging to hold Laiklyn!
Once all the classes ran through the tunnel
they lined up the 1st and 2nd graders.
Of course Anden somehow managed to be first in line.
He takes this very serious and is very competitive!
Taylee was just chatting away with her friends
Then the race began!
Anden was determined to get the most laps of everyone!
After 1 lap somehow the sibling rivalry found each other!
Anden refused to let her pass him! lol
Taylee would pit stop to say hi to me
and snuggle Laiklyn every so often!
Which Anden saw and decided he needed to also!
It was a beautiful overcast day in the 80s!!
Usually we're sweating watching this event!
Then suddenly the clouds started to rain on us!
The kids loved it!
The spectators...not so much!
Luckily it was a short shower and then back to perfect weather!

Since I was already at the school I decided to stay for their lunches.
2nd grade was up first.
I love that 2 of Anden's best buds this year also go to our church!
Grace once again is in Anden's class as well!
After their lunch finished I went and hung out with the 1st graders
who all mauled poor little Laiklyn!
And then we went to the 1st graders lunch as well!
Taylee was beaming that her Mommy AND baby sister were there!
Great job kiddos with the Fun Run!
And now I'm suckered into donating $70! :)
