We got up early and devoured the free breakfast.
The kids explored on the way back to the room.
Hhmm not sure which one is fluffier!!
Then it was off to our next adventure...

Then it was off to our next adventure...
family portraits!
This is never a fan favorite.
But the kids have finally learned
cooperate = done fast
And we knocked those pictures out in no time!
(coming soon in your Christmas card!)
Then it was back to the hotel to change
and off to play in the natural beauty!

Ryan told the kids he would give them $1 each if they would
walk through the deep part of the creek to the other side.
They'll do anything for money! :)
After figuring out how to slide down into the water
and help each other back onto the rock,
they hollered across to us for Ryan to come get them.
So he told them he would get them yet another $1 each
if they could swim back over to us on their own
(really he didn't want to get wet again! lol)
They were all over that!
Anden carefully led the way.
Taylee lost her footing and splashed in
while doing her best doggie paddle the rest of the way! lol
We LOVE Sedona
and extra days off of school/reality!!

Me and this cutie chilled on the bank watching the action

The adrenaline quickly wore off
and the hypothermia set in!!
And while I was warming up the frozen children,
Ryan was whittling a stick
or maybe a branch
that just happened to still be attached to a live tree.
Um guess we literally made our mark on this place!
On that note it was time to hit the road home!
Laiklyn snuggling Raffy the Giraffy on the drive back!
