We finally made it to the
Phoenix Temple Open House!!

I had reserved tickets on 3 different days.
Each day we had some conflict and couldn't make it.
Finally on the third day we made it happen
and skipped baseball practice to head to the temple instead!
Riding the bus from the parking lot over to the temple
(the kids were super excited about this part lol)
Then we got to finally go on inside our home town temple
that we've been waiting years for!!
What a neat experience...
even despite the 2 older kids fighting, pinching & crying
about who got to sit on my lap during the introductory video in the chapel,
all while I reverently through gritted hissing teeth attempted to contain the chaos.
It's never as picture perfect as it seems! lol
But luckily the Temple was perfect!
