Happy Easter!

Date: April 5th

Easter Sunday started off nice and relaxing

chilling at home watching

General Conference!

We LOVE church on TV!! :)

Breakfast with the Little Bunny!

And then our day turned into crazy busy fun!
We picked up Anden and Taylee
and then headed down to play with Ryan's family!

We had a yummy lunch 

and then did our own Cascarone Egg Hunt!

I lucked out and found some Cascarone Eggs locally

and snatched up all of them.

I knew the cousins would have a ball of a time with them!

Anden demonstrated how to use these eggs.

Jayden didn't know what was coming! lol

Then we sent the rugrats loose!

Even holding the baby didn't mean you were exempt!

Somewhere during the day Laiklyn's leggings were taken off.

Grammie sat her on the grass and she wasn't having that stuff

touch her bare legs!

She just rocked back on her butt and held both legs off the grass! lol

Dang wish my abs were that tough!

Eventually she decided the grass wasn't awful and let her legs down!

When we were hiding the eggs

Ryan threw one up in a tall tree and it landed right where the branches split.

We figured it was a gonner.

But oh no Karl busted out his monkey skills and climbed up and got it!

And the fun continued!

Finally we loaded up and headed the 40 mins back home.

We still had our own Easter Baskets to check out

and also see if the Easter Bunny had left the kids eggs outside too!

So with 15 mins of daylight left.

We stormed the backyard looking for special treats!

And wouldn't you know there was some to be found!

money egg from the top of the swing set?! 

Perfect Sunset

to a beautiful Easter day!

Then we headed back inside to go through our Easter Baskets.

Maybe we try and fit too much into one measly day

but hey we have fun doing it!
