Today was the last day in Idaho...and it was only a half day at that!
We were super bummed to say the least!
Then when I told everyone that we were going to do quick family pictures
they were devastated! lol
No. Really.
I'm the bad guy every time for wanting a measly stinking picture of my family.
They hate it.
But I refuse to let these moments pass me by.
They're only little for such a short time.
So they all can mope and groan and whine and complain.
(Yes my husband included!)
I'm not letting them defeat me on my family portrait mission!
I'm holding on to the hope that one day they'll actually thank me for this! lol
But I'll admit,
this one was the WORST photo session ever.
It's just near impossible for me to be in the picture instead of the photographer.
So I had kids' eyes and heads darting everywhere but at the camera.
We're all sweaty and cranky in the abnormal heat wave.
Laiklyn refuses to cooperate with anything
and yells at anyone that tells her what to do.
Eastlie's in lala land with no clue what's going on.
Anden's clothes and shoes are uncomfortable.
And then when Taylee's perfect pose and smile
starts slowing starting slide off her face,
you know you're done!
I knew it was disaster but I just hate to ever quit.
This time I knew we had to quit.
Everyone was ticked at everyone.
So we headed back to Dad's house and changed out of those sweaty clothes.
I hurried and pack up all the suitcases.
Then the kids and I went for one last RZR ride
and to stop and tell Grandma Norma bye.
Then we threw everything in the car
and made the LONG drive back to Arizona!
We loved our Idaho Summer 2017 trip!!!
