We barely had time for Taylee to blow out her birthday candles
before we loaded up and headed to Mexico
for school Fall Break!
Yes Fall Break was very early this year,
in fact I had to actually look up when the first day of fall is because it seemed so early
(you know because we don't have seasons here!)
and it was Sept 22nd.
So I guess our school district was super anxious to celebrate it! lol
Either way we were pumped for a few days off of school
and especially another beach vacation!!
Off to Mexico we go!
We arrived about 4:30pm.
Just enough time to throw our bags into the room
and head down to the beach!
Traveling with a toddler and baby gets pretty stressful at times.
But our tense moods are easily erased when we step onto the beach!
Each one of us was in our own world of happiness!
And then Eastlie realized she didn't have clothes on...
Panic set in when she also realized her hands weren't big enough to cover her belly! haha
(or at least that's how I assume it went in her head! lol)
Nothing better than the sexy man you love holding his sweet baby!

Then of course Laiklyn jumped away during the group pic! lol that girl
This scene is beyond beautiful!
There's the best low tide here creating tons of tide pools.
Add that to the sunset and it's breathtaking!
Taylee was in her own world jumping from sand mound to sand mound.
Love that girl!
Oh Eastlie...happy as can be to have complete freedom to roam! lol

One final dip in the ocean

We soaked up every last bit of sunshine!
Then it was back to the room to make dinner and unpack.
Once Eastlie was in bed we chilled on the patio enjoying the ocean breeze
(and long sleeves/jackets!!)
After Laiky was in bed Ryan had to do some work.
(he's only been at this new company 2 wks!! So multitasking was necessary in order to sneak on vacay!)
So the big kids and I went out exploring the tide pools at night!
We found all sorts of cool creatures and seashells!
Taylee had to send a pic of this one to Grandma Jamison!
Eventually we made our way back up to the room.
What an amazing first day of beaches, sunsets and being with my most favorite people!
