Happy Easter!!
I just love this holiday!
For many reasons!
First and foremost to reflect on how blessed we are.
That Jesus Christ died for us so that we could live forever with him and our families!
The greatest gift of all!
And secondly,
because it's just such a cute pastel filled fun day full of excitement, yummy food and family.
The kids were up early and ready to dig through their Easter baskets!
Yes even Daddy got an Easter Basket!
And then we rushed outside to find all the eggs that the Easter Bunny hid!!
Ready, Set, GO!!
There were a ton of eggs everywhere!!
The kids each had a BIG golden egg to find as well!

Then Eastlie found hers!!

Well no wonder she didn't see it.
It was inside the propane tank area of the heater! lol

Then we ventured back inside for a quick breakfast
and then changed into our Easter Sunday finest to head to church!
After church we dumped the littles in naps
and then I prepped for our family Easter Dinner!
They all arrived and we prayed and chowed down on a delicious meal!
This is when I remembered to take a picture of the spread! lol
So I sent it to my sister Lyndsay who was craving our traditional Easter meal! ;)
After dinner we played in the backyard for awhile.
Then we walked to the park for our annual Cascarone Egg Smash!
Then it was back home for dessert and playing in every last bit of the sunshine!
Which turned into their own rendition! lol
Such an awesome day!
