We woke up to more fresh snow!
I'm secretly as giddy as the kids
and would climb on the couch
and press my face against the window too
if I wasn't worried I would break the couch!
I told Taylee to hold still for a picture.
I should have known that's impossible.
Too bad I don't have a picture of her next jump.
When she fell into the 3 inch crack between the couch and the window.
And got hung up by her head!
I did make the right choice to drop the camera
and save her from strangling.
Later Dad busted out the log set.
And we quickly learned it's not a toy for crazy 2 year olds
We tried to contain her, to no avail.
So we headed out to play in the new snow.
Which I quickly realized was just fluffy white water.
The kids looked like they had been SWIMMING
when they came back in soaking wet.
But they loved it!
I was able to sneak 15 mins to get ready while they were outside.
Then we headed to Idaho Falls.
Hair Appointment with Melanie!
I was ecstatic!
I got to sit in peace while the kids went to Mom's house.
And then we even got to fit in a trip to the temple.
Thanks for watching the kiddos Aunt Brookey! (and for the pics!)
They clearly had a blast!
And then we came back...to find this!
I think he's officially spent a little TOO much time with the girls!
(and for the record, when I snuck around the corner with the camera he immediately yelled "NO, don't show DADDY!" as I took that picture! lol classic!)

The snow has melted;
ReplyDeleteThe John Deere corraled;
Not-so-real Lincoln Longs returned for a refund;
But the little nose and finger smudges on the window...will stay longer than last year's Christmas decorations!!! (Or do you remember?)
