This was our final day in California
and we were determined to make the most of it!
So after Jordan and Bree left for work
we cruised on over to
We figured it was a school weekday and therefore wouldn't be too crowded
and we were exactly right!
It felt like we had the place to ourselves!
We would go on a ride and then immediately go again
since there wasn't anyone waiting behind us on most rides!
So we definitely got our money's worth! :)

Yes we did go on the merry go round for Laiklyn!
And even the kiddie swings!
She was just a serious soul for all the rides lol
And then back to the wild rides!
And then the parents swamped and I got to enjoy the ride
while Ryan chased Laiklyn! :)
Luckily our kids are total dare devils and love the scary rides!
Because the adults do too!
So we hit up every ride we could!
There were only 2 rides that the kids weren't tall enough for
(or should I say 2 that actually noticed that Taylee wasn't tall enough!)
Anden and I are in the 3rd row back.
Taylee wanted to be in the last row so she's with a nice stranger! :)
while Ryan jumped on with Taylee.
She's a nut and just LOVES scary roller coasters!
That one made me and Anden a bit woozy! lol
So Taylee and Ryan took the last row
which becomes the first row
as this dang thing goes both directions!
What I didn't know until after is that Ryan recorded Taylee on this one.
So I'll upload that soon!
We decided to take a chill moment and go on the sky ride.
From there we just roamed around hitting up as many rides as possible.
Finally Ryan wanted to go on the scariest craziest one there.
So I stayed back with the kids.
As we were watching him load I jumped the rope and said
"WAIT I'm coming too!!"
There wasn't anyone around so I knew the kids would be safe
and I had to say I rode this ride too.
It was insane and went 82mph straight in the air SO high
and then turned and came straight back down!!!
And then it was over in 62 seconds!
Holy crap! lol
After we caught our breath from that heart racer,
we hit up the log ride.
Oddly this was the only ride with a long wait.
So Laiklyn stuffed her face and roamed around entertaining everywhere
while we waited for Ryan and the big kids!
Finally they came down!
Ryan swapped me and off they went again

Finally Ryan and Laiklyn walked back to get the car
while the big kids and myself snuck in a few more rides!
After all it was 4pm and we still had to drive 6.5 hrs back home!!
The drive home was a TON better than the drive there.
I guess you just need to wear the heck out of your kids
at an amusement park before you go on a road trip! :)
