Friday Surprise

We had a little surprise this past weekend!

Papa Nolie unexpectedly came to visit!!

The kids were swinging from the rafters excited!
After they showed him every measly toy inside
and outside the house while climbing up and over him the whole time,
we finally went swimming!

And yes I actually got in the COLD (ok so maybe it's heated to 82 degrees) water also!

But Dad topped me when he did a jumping dive off the diving boards!

We finally loaded up and headed home for dinner.

Eventually it was past time for the kids to go to bed.

They always get a story, song & prayer.

Papa Nolie helped with the song.

Little did I know it was going to be a full blown concert with back up dancers.

Let's just say it wasn't the usual "calming" song before bed.
But we make exceptions when Papa Nolie's in town!!
