Friday morning we woke up early ready to play!
Aaron had to go to work.
Lynds & Baby Kyrrigan were still sleeping.
Hhmmm how to stay entertained.
So the kids mauled the turtles.
Then the second they heard life coming from Lyndsay's room.
They busted in to meet their NEW cousin!!
It was instant
L.O.V.E!
They wore out Baby K in less than 30 minutes.
So while she went back to bed
we headed to the pool.
(ok so maybe more like the heated hot tub!)
Taylee is FEARLESS!
The kid is crazy!
She kept jumping straight from the hot tub to the cold pool.
Anden tried it once.
He came up out of the water barely breathing
and hollering it was too cold while panicking to swim
to the side to get the heck out of there!
But not Taylee.
She would cannon ball on in.
"Taylee don't run!"
Then to our sheer delight,
the main attraction came down to visit us at the pool!
Then we all chuckled as Taylee tormented Anden.
Yes I know it's usually the other way around.
So it secretly amuses me when she takes her turn.
She would grab his toys and then run and jump in the pool.
Then she would proceed to float in the middle mocking him
as he stood helplessly on the side begging for his stuff back.
She knew there was no way he was getting in the cold water
and that she was safe.
Little stinker!!
Eventually we headed back inside.
And I got my turn with the little precious peanut!
Baby K crashed right out on my shoulder.
Wished I still had that touch with my own kiddos!
After she awoke,
Taylee was right back to Smothering her!
Taylee introduced her to her new crib.
At first she didn't like it
(or maybe just the part about being in there with taylee lol)
Then she was all smiles!
Finally it was naps for my kiddos and time to get ready for the big Wedding!!
