May Day!

Where the heck did April go?!?!

On May 1st I spent the day with Taylee and her kinder class

at the

Luckily it was a "cooler" day than normal
Mid 80s.
Because I was one hot momma...
and not in a good way! lol

Upon our arrival the teachers handed each kid a clipboard and checklist.
I thought this was great to keep the kids (ok really the parents) entertained
and involved with the exhibits.

Well if I piece the 2 pictures together I can get both girls smiling! :)

So Taylee, Peyton, Natalie (Peyton's mom), and myself 

set out to roam the zoo to find all the many things on our list!

I was actually too busy helping Taylee fill out her list

to take a lot of pictures.

But I did manage to get some here and there!

We ended our day at the petting zoo.

A deer came right up to Taylee and bit the front of her shirt and was dragging her with him! lol

I had to swat the deer so that he wouldn't eat her shirt, or her for that matter!

So Taylee quickly learned to hold on to her own shirt the rest of the time!

And yes we went immediately to the gas station for slushies afterwards!

We were SO hot and tired!
