Flag Football - Game 4

Date: Oct 3rd

Well this was definitely one exciting game!

Anden had 3 touchdowns!!

One huge long over the back shoulder catch

and two entire field length rushing TDs!!!

Although we still lost

we did much better as a team!

Like I said

this season is all about baby steps!

But boy was Anden beaming all game!

His little slogan is

Respect the Hawk!

And the other team quickly learned to do just that.

In fact at halftime they complained to the ref's

that they couldn't see his red flags well enough

against his orange shorts

and they made him change to blue flags.

I told Anden to consider that a compliment

that they had to find an excuse as to why you scored 3 times on them

in the first half! :)

This was overall a super fun game despite the loss!

The kids are learning so much!

And having a few touchdowns 

definitely keeps them motivated to stick with the hard work!

You see my photography capabilities have diminished to nothing
now that I spend the entire time chasing Laiklyn around,
pulling random water bottles out of her mouth,
keeping her off the field
and shoving copious amounts of snacks into her mouth to keep her content.
I swear I get more of a work out than the football team!!!
