Happy July!!
The Gravens arrived about 4pm and we were so excited to play!
We were outside watching the kids run wild
when a massive monsoon storm rolled in.
Ahh we love monsoons!!!
First it was the super dark clouds and winds
then the rain started and hit harder and harder.
The kids were loving it!!
Jumping in the pouring rain!
Ryan got stranded under the gazebo.
But don't worry,
his youngest daughter was just fine in the rain with the protection of her fedora!
As usual the patio started flooding.
The joys of no rain gutters in Phoenix!
And then to our surprise the hail hit too!
Huge ice chunk balls of hail!!!
Taylee: "It's HAILING!!"
Taylee: "It's HAILING!!"
Some of my children aren't smart enough to stay out of the hail.
They quickly realized it's like rocks being thrown at you! lol
It just kept coming down harder and harder!
The kids loved scooping up all the ice balls
that were bouncing off their heads, grass and the patio!
No joke when I said they were huge hail balls!!
Yep now even Kyrrigan had decided to give herself a few head dents out there! lol
Laiklyn apparently ended up being the wisest and stayed under the patio with us!

Once the hail and rain eased up,
they were right back to playing in the floods of water.
Anden quickly realized his skinny butt is now too big for the bucket!
Then they figured out a new game to play
Kick the Canden!
Until the Canden tipped over! haha
Eventually we pulled them inside, changed their clothes and headed out to din!
With that kind of start to the weekend,
you know it's going to be an exciting one!! :)
