Happy Independence Day!!!
We started off the day with a festive breakfast!
Lemon Meringue Pancakes with fresh fruit, syrup and whipped cream
(and colorful sprinkles for the kids!)

And of course the usual Strawberry Milk!
Then we got ready and headed to the Anthem Waterpark!
It was time to rock the shirts the kids made!

Lyndsay and I even got in on the water slide action this time!
Let's just say I looked like a beached whale coming down after I fell out of my tube
halfway done the slide. lol. omg.
Now I understand why Taylee told me to "just suck it in Mom" when I got on. haha
The whole crew!
The Gravens had to drive back home to Vegas
so they left straight from the waterpark.
The kids were so sad to separate!
They definitely got spoiled having 2 weekends in a row together!!
After the water park the big kids went to visit their Dad for a bit
then we dumped Laiklyn in bed for nap and we crashed too.
Talk about a nonstop 5 days!!
Later that afternoon we met the Taylors over at Poppy's place
and bbq'd and swam.
Then we picked up the big kids and headed on home.
They were surprised I hadn't bought a ton of fireworks to light off at home.
I told them sparklers would have to suffice this year cuz this Momma was worn out! lol
Well to our surprise some people lit off a bunch of HUGE fireworks
directly behind our house in the park.
So it was literally like our own magical firework show above our backyard.
I guess we did get fireworks on the actual Fourth of July after all! :)
I was going back and forth bringing them snacks, popcorn, drinks.
I couldn't find them on the trampoline where they were last time.
Instead I found them snuggled up in the baby lounger! lol
