Idaho Summer Trip - May 28th

Date: May 28th - Day 3

Happy Memorial Day!!

We started off bright and early back out on the RZRs exploring!
It was a morning full of cute little girls since my big kids were up in Idaho Falls!

Ryan and Eastlie met us to enjoy the farm fun!

They just love throwing rocks into the stream and canal!

Chasing down a baby calf...uhh you know the Mama is nearby!!

It's a Girl World! :)

Eastlie just loved the endless to room to roam!

Now to explore the railroad tracks

We had to gather as many "lego weeds" as possible.
They just love popping them apart!

Since it was actual Memorial Day,
I wanted the kids to see what you are really supposed to do on Memorial Day!
So we all loaded up....or maybe the word is overloaded up into the Burb!
Yes we may have more than the legal occupancy! lol
We even grabbed Grandma Norma to come with us
and then we headed over to the cemetery.

The place was packed!!
I love this about small towns.
It was a social affair at the cemetery honoring our past loved ones!

Cleaning Grandpa Ralph's headstone

One day Grandma Norma will be right there with Grandpa Ralph.
But we're keeping her here with us as long as possible!! :)

Then I learned a bit about my own heritage.
I had never realized that my great grandparents and great great grandparents were buried there too!
Pretty cool!

Then it was back home to the kitties...to make them necklaces!

The rest of our fam in Idaho Falls were out hiking that day!
The big kids had a blast with them!

Later that day we met up and got the big kids.
We didn't realize when we planned this trip that our Idaho family
would still be in school all week!!
Too bad for them! lol
So looks like we'll just had to wait until after school each day to play.

Then it was back to Papa Nolie's.
To cheer on the Vegas Golden Knights in the Stanley Cup!

Another fun day in Idaho!
