Friday was Taylee's final project of 4th Grade.
It's a History project where they research an Arizona historical person
and write a report and make a trifold poster about them.
Then they do a "wax museum" where they dress up like their person
and are "frozen' until someone comes by and drops a coin in their cup.
Then they recite their information about who they are.
Taylee was assigned Sharlot Hall.
Yep I had no idea who she was before this project!
My excuse is that I didn't grow up in AZ and didn't take AZ history.
But Ryan also had no clue who she was...so I don't know what his excuse is! lol
Taylee wasn't too thrilled when I showed her the costume I got for her to wear! ha
But hey she sure did make a cute young Sharlot Hall!
Yes Anden did sneak out of class to join us to support Taylee!
So I put him to work entertaining that tough crowd.....
the little munchkins locked down in the stroller! lol
Ahhh relief sets in that we have now finished the last school project of the year!
Woohoo!
