Forget Black Friday. We prefer Brown Friday...as in DIRT! We avoided the masses of shopping crowds and hit the desert instead.
Gearing Up!
Rhino's sleeping powers
Anden was thrilled when we found a makeshift target practice site. He loved throwing the leftover clay pigeons and breaking them.
But he ESPECIALLY loved collecting all the bullet shells and filling his pockets full to the point of pulling his pants off. Why do boys instinctly know to do this??
Taylee followed his lead and started collecting treasures too. It was all fun and games until she put a live firework in her mouth. Oops. At least her teething worries are over. She blew them all out.
Then we ventured on until we found a water trough thing and windmill. There were goldfish in the water. Ok first, how the heck did they get there? Second, who has the wretched job of feeding them? I can't even remember to feed mine and it's on my kitchen counter.
We love 85 degrees in November!
Snack time in the shade!
Much better than wrestling for doorbuster deals!
