Taylee's Club Soccer season was wrapping up until August
so a bunch of her team decided to switch over to
Anthem Rec Soccer to keep their skills fresh for the next season.
Of course that meant Taylee wanted to keep playing too.
So I was off to the community center to get her signed up and on the team.
It's a girls 8-10 year old team.
She's still 7.
But let's be real she's good enough to be on that team coming from a Club league.
Her first game was 4/9 at the same time as Anden's first football game of his new season.
So it was a divide and conquer day.
Taylee played great and is liking the bigger field and 8x8 format.
Her team is really good.
I guess that helps when half the team came from a competitive league
even though those girls are 7 and 8 years old!
They're definitely the shortest ones out there
but are speedy and skilled!
She's in green and all smiles!
We bolted off her field and over to Anden's game immediately after.
We were able to catch the last bit of his too.
Such is the life when you have busy athletic kids!
