Taylee's Flat Stanley project for school
has been quite the popular topic for all of March!
After much debate,
she decided to send it to California to Jordan & Bree.
(Anden banned her from "copying" him and sending it to Chicago to Aunt Brookie!)
Well to our surprise
Jordan & Bree decided to take a last minute cruise to the Bahamas.
And guess who got to tag along???
Flat Stanley!!
(of course we all wished it was us instead of a paper doll! lol)
Taylee was SO excited when she found out her Flat Stanley
was now going on an even cooler trip than originally planned!!
She loved getting the pics from Jordan & Bree throughout their trip!
Once they returned back to California
they mailed good ole Flat Stanley back to us.
Then we prepped her project poster for the next week.
Well then Easter and all the family playing fell in the middle of that week
and we actually didn't put together her project until late the night before it was due!
We had already gathered all of the pics, maps, country details, etc.
So it was a night of rearranging pics and a lot glue!
Taylee was SO proud of her completed poster!
She immediately wanted to send a picture to Uncle Jordan and Aunt Bree!
The next morning she hired a sherpa (aka ME) to haul that huge thing to school for her.
She loved getting the pics from Jordan & Bree throughout their trip!
Once they returned back to California

Then a day later was their school's Fine Arts Night.
So all the parents/families got to tour the school, view student's artwork, listen to concerts
and finally check out all the Flat Stanley Projects.
Taylee's teacher pulled me aside and said,
"Well Taylee's has been quite the hit! She always has a line to check hers out!"
Then she continues on,
"And your sister looks just like you!
Wow as soon as I saw the pictures I knew that was definitely your sister!"
I laughed and told her that's actually my sister in law.
But the blood relative in the pictures is my BROTHER!
Her jaw dropped! lol
She's like wow I would have never guess he was your brother and that wasn't your sister!
hahaha guess you really are my sister Bree!! :)
Thanks again Uncle Jordan and Aunt Bree for taking Flat Stanley on vacation with you!
Taylee sure did have fun with this project!
