The big kids randomly had Friday and Monday off school.
It was labeled Spring Holiday
(um really because I believe we just had a full week off for Spring Break a few weeks ago!!)
So that meant I took off work for a 4 day weekend also!
Originally I had hoped we could run over to CA for the weekend
until I looked at our schedule and how busy it was!
The kids didn't want to miss their sporting events.
So we stayed in town and did multiple lake trips instead!
Friday afternoon we headed out to the lake.
The big kids were dying to try out the new boat.
So we grabbed the usual friends Owen and Kaitlyn and headed out.
The water is still way too cold for me to get in.
But luckily the kids don't have a temperature gauge!

For dinner we stopped at the Marina to eat.
I'm in love that they opened Dillons here!!
Just pull the boat up, hop out and eat!
No more packing dinner for everyone!
And it's a cool relaxed atmosphere!
For a second I almost thought we were at Powell.
(after seeing this picture I realized that sign is a tad too detailed! lol oops)
It was almost dark when we finished dinner.
So we had a race against dusk to get the boat loaded.
I now know Ryan/I can load the boat in the dark with 5 loud wiggly kids.
Check that off the list of things I didn't need to know.
Oh and I did figure out which buttons turn on the interior and exterior boat lights!
That one I really did need to know though! lol
