December 19th

Date: Wednesday, Dec 19th
Location: Blackfoot, Idaho Falls

Since we were still kid free,

we took Dad out to breakfast at a leisurely 9am

to good ole Homestead Farms Restaurant.

Oh that's right,

because it's the only restaurant in town!

Then we helped Dad with errands and chilled

until it was time to head to Idaho Falls to pick up the kids.
While we were at the Courthouse/DMV/Assessor/Appraisal/Treasurer/Coroner/Parks & Recs/Planning & Zoning/Probation/Road & Bridge/Public Works/Weed Control Office
(hey we're efficient in small towns! lol)
paying Dad's property taxes,
it finally began to snow.
Literally 4 flakes fell.
I documented it for good measure!

Finally it was time to relieve Aunt Mel of double kid duty!
Then we even fit in a mini photo shoot for Nate, Laura & Noah
while in Idaho Falls!

It was beyond cold and the wind cut right through you!

But with the help of my 4 little assistants making Noah laugh,

we got some good pics!

What a cute family!

We had to take a halftime warm up in the car!

Of course those are always the best smiles!

Finally we called it a wrap.

Since our hands were frozen off anyway!

Then back to Blackfoot we headed.

The kids crashed asleep 5 mins into the drive.

Slumber Parties are a hard life.

We met Papa Nolie in town for dinner at Wingers.

Who knew that place was super good!

It'll be definitely added to our Idaho restaurant list!

Then it was back to Papa Nolie's to crash in bed!
