Anden had his
Boosterthon Fun Run
at school last Thursday!
He was SO jazzed about this!
He was determined to be the fastest kid
and run the maximum laps possible.
He did just that!!
Taylee & I flew from her preschool graduation
and arrived halfway through his run.
It was such a great event!
I loved seeing the kids exercise and learning about leadership and confidence
rather than selling junk door to door!
Yes I was "that" mom that would take pics of her kid each time he passed.
Anden did all he could to hold back his beaming smile!
At the completion of each lap,
the teachers would mark off the lap number on the back of their shirts!
35 laps was the maximum.
He did that plus I'm pretty sure a few more!
He finished earlier than most.
So he cheered on his classmates afterwards!
Time was winding down.
So the announcer told the kids to do a crazy dance on this lap.

On the last lap before the Run finished,
they invited siblings/parents to run.
The little sisters were off in a blink!
Then all the kids lined up to head back inside.
The parents were invited to stay for lunch with the kids!
What a FUN day at the FUN run!
Great job Anden!!
I'm so proud of you!
