Well March started off with a bang!
Like literally.
During Breakfast somehow Eastlie threw a water bottle which hit Anden in the cheek
and made the perfect welt on his face of the lid of the bottle!
and made the perfect welt on his face of the lid of the bottle!
Good Morning Big Brother! lol
It hit him so hard it dented the water bottle!
That girl has got an arm!
I constantly say she's gonna be our star softball pitcher one day! lol
It was our Friday Fun day
since Laiky was home from school.
So we picked a new neighborhood park to play.
The girls were playing so nicely
until Laiky let out a DEATH scream and jumped in the air!
I ran over and there was a massive black scorpion that she had uncovered in the sand!
Which made me scream too!
It took me a lot of guts to finally scoop it up and put it on the sidewalk
and then we analyzed it (from a safe distance) and realized it was a fake plastic scorpion!!!
Not funny whomever pranked us! lol
We about had a heart attack! haha
And even though I concluded it was a fake....I still kept my distance.
And yes I even texted a picture to Ryan to confirm it really was fake or not! lol
I hate those nasty things!
Back to playing.
Although she cautiously covered up the hole that she dug and moved elsewhere! lol
Snack time.
I ask for a picture....and that's the smirk Eastlie always gives me! hahaha
Later that day when Ryan got home
we went and picked up Taylee's quad from the shop.
We had new tires put on it.
So we tested it out in the desert by the shop.
I had heard through the Anthem grapevine that a normally dry river bed
was actually flowing with water from all the crazy rain/snow we have had this winter.
So we went exploring to find it!
And did we ever find gold (aka Water in Arizona!)! lol
The girls wanted nothing more to run out and play in it and throw rocks.
I didn't have their rain boots or extra clothes handy.
I let them throw a couple of rocks and then it was off to the park.
We did promise them we would come back tomorrow better prepared!
But definitely exciting to see a "river" in the river bed!
