Today we introduced Laiklyn to rice cereal.
This girl LOVES to eat.
And this was no exception!
Happy.As.Can.Be.
Yes the blurry arm and leg are her waving her limbs with pure glee! lol
I actually remembered to record live footage this time!
Afterwards she played with one of her new Christmas toys.
You know she is quite the big girl now after eating REAL food! ;)
Later that afternoon our day took an unexpected turn.
This was Ryan's first day back to work since vacation.
He called me in excruciating pain and said he was heading to Urgent Care.
Well of course all of the regular doctor offices were closed for the holiday weekend
and everyone was being routed through our Anthem Urgent Care,
which meant 2.5 hrs later they finally got him in.
He had a super painful cyst on his tail bone which they basically just
drugged him up and referred him to the surgeon.
But go figure everyone is closed.
So we had to wait until the following week to see the surgeon
and found out it required immediate surgery.
Needless to say the rest of the holiday vacation was a hazy slow moving blur for Ryan! :(
