Today was our Christmas day
because we are heading to Idaho later this afternoon!!
First we started off with "Christmas Eve" gifts...
Christmas Jammies and Slippers!
Every time we do sibling pictures it's a fight over who gets to hold Laiklyn.
Our resolution - there are always 2 pics.
Each gets a turn.
I guess Anden didn't like Taylee's turn!
Next it was time to see what Santa had left!
This year we found clues all over the house from him!!

(the boat outside..but it was raining!)

On their beds they found popcorn tins but no clue.
So they kept looking.
Finally Taylee had a good idea to look
UNDER the beds!
And lo and behold they found Santa gifts!!
Of course they ripped open the biggest gift first!
Skateboards!
Then they move on to the smaller gifts
iPads and cases!
Of which sneaky Santa had already pre-loaded
all their fave games and movies!
Anden could barely contain himself from screaming to Taylee
what the gift was before she opened it! lol
Then we remembered we needed to check Laiklyn's room too!
Just what she wanted!
A case of wipes and her own iPad game too!
The kids inspected their iPads for a bit
then we moved on to the presents under the tree!
We loved on Laiklyn while the kids sorted the presents
Ahh that face!
How can you not just kiss her up!
Ok back to gifts!
Um maybe we shouldn't use both gifts simultaneously! lol
The rain storm had moved on as we were opening gifts.
So Anden headed right outside to test out the skateboard!
And with that we finished loading up
and started our LONG drive to Idaho!!!
