Church Christmas Party

We had our annual

Church Christmas Breakfast Party

on Saturday morning.

The kids wanted to wear their jammies.

Ryan gave me the death look when I opened my mouth to suggest...

so ya I shut my mouth as quickly as I opened it! lol

So just the kiddos were festive and so stinkin cute! :)

First we had a big buffet breakfast.

Then we all assembled "Blessing Bags" for the homeless/needy.

Then the Big Man arrived for more one on one time!

He was much happier than Grumpy Santa last night! lol

It was such a cute picture until one child took a huge bite of something right when I snapped it!

Take two!

I'm sure Santa has that huge chuckle that Ryan thinks he's been a good boy this year! ;)

And of course we can't take a pic without our 5th child...Owen!

We were cleaning up afterwards and one of the ladies asked Ryan

to take a huge bag of trash out to the dumpster.

Right as he got to the parking lot he looked at me all cocky

and hurled the bag to throw it ALL the way to the dumpster.

I managed to get out "don't even..."

while he yelled "KOBE!"

and at the exact same time the bag ripped open in mid air

and scattered trash EVERYWHERE!!

My jaw dropped and we both busted up laughing.

The whole thing seriously happened in slow motion.

The throw,

the riiiiip,

the flying contents of leftover breakfast! HAHA

Luckily I had my camera in my hand from just visiting Santa. lol

I especially love the part that he's wearing his "DO GOOD" hoodie.

Classic.

So he did the walk of shame to find a big broom and another garbage bag! lol

After he re-cleaned up the breakfast trash,

we loaded up to head home for the next event!

I'm so glad we have a cool church group!

It makes all these activities such a fun time!
