We hosted our annual Taylor Christmas Party
complete with yummy dinner, hot cocoa bar and our "sleigh ride"!
Good times!!
I had set up for the party earlier that day.
I like to have our Christmas Party dinner outside under the twinkle lights and heaters.
Well about 30 mins before the party started it started sprinkling.
So Ryan and I rushed aside and moved all the tables under the patio instead.
The sun was setting and the gorgeous pink cotton candy clouds covered the sky.
And right then a full rainbow enveloped our backyard.
Like the kind when you just stop in awe!!
I don't think I've ever seen a pink pastel full rainbow!!
I grabbed my phone and snapped a picture!
Thank you for the rain sprinkle that forced me outside to see such a cool sight!!
Within minutes it was all gone.
Some of the family arrived right at that time and luckily saw it too.
We were all gushing about the full pink rainbow.
That set the tone for a great night!!
We had a delicious dinner.
I'm always so busy getting the last of the food ready and corralling kids
that I forget to take a pic before we devour everything!
Then we filled up our hot cocoa cups and loaded onto the sleigh!
This year we stopped and caroled at neighbors along the way.
The sleigh ride is always such a hit!
Everyone had a great time!
Then it was back home for dessert and playing in the backyard!
I just love this time of year! :)
