We attended Ryan's work Christmas Party.
They had it at Tempe Improv this year.
First we had dinner and awards.
Each year they do an awesome job of honoring certain people.
Every employee in the company votes for three people that
they feel are all around awesome employees.
One for Office Staff, one for Sales and one for Production.
Well Ryan won for Sales!!!
And when the owner of the company called him up
he gave him a nice tribute!
Not only was he voted for just being an awesome coworker
he also happened to be the Top Sales Rep in the company for 2018.
However that's not just all.
This was his first full year with the company (he started in Sept last year)
and not only was he the Top Rep
he had the all time Sales record ever in their history
AND
he shattered the old record and doubled it!!!
So proud of my hubs!!
He works his tail off for our family!
And I'm SO thankful for his work ethic and drive for success
because it is what has allowed me to be at home with all our babies!
For that I have eternally grateful!
