Today was a rainy day.
Which means the school keeps all the kids locked inside the library
during lunch and aren't allowed to even talk.
My kids despise rainy day schedule!
And I don't blame them!
C'mon it's sprinkling water - I had to play outside in full blown snow blizzards!!
So while running a few errands that morning I got a text from Anden,
"Mom PLEASE come pick me up for lunch. It's rain day schedule again!!!"
I was 20 mins out of Anthem.
(yes we were at Costco)
(and yes all I had to keep her entertained were Cheetos that Ryan's boss gave her when we dropped off his wallet he forgot!)
(and yes the Cheetos did their job to entertain her....now if I had only bought a power washer also!!)
But I thought you know what - let's do it!
So Eastlie and I hurried and loaded up and headed back up to the school.
While we were at it,
we snagged Taylee out of school too!
Then we all grabbed lunch and surprised Laiky when we picked her up from school too!
I just love a impromptu little lunch date with my crew!
